Yes! Every quote form includes a drag-and-drop upload option where you can submit your audio masters, artwork, or ZIP files (WAV, ZIP, PDF). You can also paste Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer links. All uploaded files are securely saved to Riot MFG’s connected cloud folder.
After receiving your quote, you’ll get an automated invoice with secure payment options via Stripe, PayPal, Square, or Authorize.Net. You can pay a deposit or the full amount directly through the /pay page. Once payment is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email and receipt automatically.
Absolutely. Riot MFG uses Sendy + Amazon SES for professional, branded emails. You’ll receive automatic notifications for your PDF quote, payment confirmation, and project updates, all customized with the Riot MFG logo and branding.
